We accepted the challenge of expanding RefriAr's digital presence, raising its profile on Instagram to go far beyond air conditioning maintenance. Our work has been aimed at showcasing the company's specialty in the construction and maintenance of cold rooms, a service that offers significant results for its customers. With a carefully planned content strategy, we were able to position RefriAr as an essential partner for businesses that depend on quality refrigeration.

We were tasked with not only managing social media but also creating exclusive content for the main SP delegate contest. We developed a landing page with an integrated system that made it possible to sell the company's materials online. Analysis of data and users' consumption profiles allowed us to refine and evolve the client's strategy.

For JM Enxovais, the challenge is to expand its reach beyond its already established audience and increase recognition in the city (local audience). Sales, initially carried out door-to-door, are now gaining breadth with the presence on social media, which has also increased the brand's positioning. Furthermore, we effectively communicated the move to a new neighborhood in Brasília, full of potential vegan customers, ensuring that Dona Helena's tradition continues to flourish in its new address.

We structure marketing actions and processes for agribusiness clients in the Northeast of Goiás. We participate in fairs, create an exclusive channel for news and increase retention with a review plan. Internal lectures boosted NPS and attracting referred customers.

We started digital positioning work, with social media programming for Exponent, which has notable attributes in helping rural producers with land regularization. A new digital positioning was created, and we are creating programs that bring rural producers closer together, so that they can obtain more information about regularization.

Our focus was to create a clean, intuitive and objective platform, providing pleasant navigation for all users. Additionally, we implemented an SEO strategy to increase our organic reach: an exclusive repository of recipes in blog format! We could not fail to mention the practicality of our contact CTA, providing WhatsApp and direct calls to the store.

SOLUTIONS SPECIALIZED IN APPLE
We received a very interesting challenge from Apple Service! Build a website with an objective, clear, clean user experience and, above all, with relevance in searches for assistance outside of Apple's warranty. The result was incredible! Today, the website has enhanced the generation of leads/contacts for services that are outside of Apple's warranty.

NEW CONNECTION OVERCOMING PANDEMIC
In 2020, the pandemic caused a rift between students and teachers. Our challenge was to rebuild this alliance through a new website connected to the systems, meeting the needs of students. We adopted a humanized approach to the content, which resulted in the lowest dropout rate.

RETURN OF THE BRAND TO BRAZIL
Implementation of the brand's return marketing to Brazil, highlighting the new positioning and premium coffee shop concept. Teasers sparked desire and passion for the brand. Strategy of offering 1 year of donuts and coffee to the first customers strengthened the product mix and coffee sales. Result: opening with a large queue of 2,000 people and sales projected in 7 days ( video ). Expansion of the network with 10 new stores in one year.
